Welcome!

Welcome back to all the returning players and parents, and a special welcome to new players and parents to The Victoria Village Hockey League (VVHL), we hope you enjoy your season here where our slogan is "Putting FUN back into the game of Hockey".

We have grown again this year adding an additional team in the Novice age group. We are one of the few organizations that are continuing to grow each year. Must be the program we provide!

We have been providing a place for our children to play hockey for over nearly 40 years with the last 30 or more years here at Victoria Village Arena.

On behalf of Victoria Village Hockey League we wish all a Safe & Fun season and good luck to all teams.

VICTORIA VILLAGE HOCKEY LEAGUE MISSION STATEMENT

To provide an organization wherein a youngster of any race, creed, sex or religion can compete under controlled conditions in a game of Hockey with equality in (as close as possible) age grouping, training, skill and participation time.

To promote, govern and improve organized Hockey within it's community.
To foster among it's members, supporters and teams a general community spirit.
To maintain and increase interest in the game of Hockey.
To exercise a general supervision and direction over the playing interests of the Players, Coaches and Executives with the emphasis on the enhancement of good character, sportsmanship and citizenship.

	News Make sure you join our Email list (below) to stay current with events at Victoria Village. Due to declining registration in the Midget division (16 – 17 year olds), Victoria Village will not have a Midget division for the 2008 – 2009 season. We will combine the 16 year olds (as of December 31, 2008) into our Bantam division which was 14 and 15 year olds so that now the Bantam division will be 14 – 15 and 16 year olds. This should allow us to add at least one more team in the Bantam division and keep the 16 year olds at Victoria Village for one more year.
